How to use the ITCU Care Package

    Step 1

    Keep your membership card with you at all times to easily present it at participating providers. You must present your membership card at the time of service to receive a discount. If you lose your membership card, log in to the MEMBER PORTAL to request a new membership card or utilize your E-kit materials, as well as to view your plan information, find a participating pharmacy and more.


    Step 2

    To locate and verify participating providers in your area, simply call Member Services at (833) 653-6438 or use the Find a Provider tool.


    Step 3

    You are responsible for paying the providers the entire discounted fee at the time the service is provided.

Here are the answers to some of our most frequently asked questions.

  • Is this an insurance plan?

    No, this is not an insurance plan. Our savings plans provide you with discounted prices on a wide range of dental services and products. You will pay for services at the discounted price at the time services are received.

  • First, you can find participating Providers by using the "Find A Provider" page on this website or by calling (833) 653-6438. After confirming the provider's continued participation when making an appointment, members just show their membership card at the time of service. Members are responsible for paying all fees directly to the Provider.

  • After you have successfully become a member (either by joining on the website or calling (833) 653-6438), you will receive your membership materials and membership cards in about 7-10 days.

  • If you need additional cards for your household, or have lost your card, please call Member Services at (833) 653-6438 and press option 1, then press option 1 again. We will be happy to send additional cards to you.

  • Cancellations are accepted over the phone at (833) 653-6438 or by fax at (888) 335-7330. If you cancel within the first 30 days of joining, you'll receive a 100% refund, less any nominal processing fees, no questions asked.
